Where will my order be shipped from?
- All of our USA orders will be processed and shipped from our New York shop, all of our Canadian orders will be processed and shipped from our Ontario shop and all other international packages will be shipped from our New York shop.
What are the material options and what are they made of?
- The Canvas Ready to Hang - your art is first printed on a premium grade artist canvas and then stretched to perfection over an inner wooden frame. It is shipped in a protective box and is ready to hang out of the box.
- The Canvas Print Only - your art printed on a premium grade canvas, rolled up and shipped in a protective tube. It's an excellent choice for those looking to have it pinned up on a wall or framed behind glass.
- The Poster - your art printed on a premium grade matte photo paper, rolled up and shipped in a protective tube. It's an excellent choice for those looking to have it pinned up on a wall or framed behind glass.
I don’t see my city/town, can you create it?
- We have over 2000 cities already created, but if yours is not one of them we would love to create it for you. Please use the link below to build your custom order.

How long does it take to make and ship?
- Generally, it takes 2-5 days from the time you place your order to complete the printing, packing, and shipping. Everything is made to order, so we appreciate your patience while we make a one-of-a-kind print just for you. Please note that during busier seasons, it can take up to 7 days to process orders.
Can you include a gift message?
- Of course! You can include the gift message in the note section of the order just before checkout and we will attach it to the order. Our art makes a great gift idea for everyone.
Will you send a proof before printing?
- If you would like to see a proof of your custom order, please make sure to contact us as soon as you place the order or leave us a note with the order.
Can I change the shipping address?
- Yes, we can make an address change, only if the order has not been shipped yet. Please contact us soon as possible.
How can I track my order?
- Once we have printed and handed your order over to the shipping company, we will email you the tracking number along with the shipping carrier information. You can also track your shipments on our site by logging into your account.
What is your return policy?
- Because everything is printed to order, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage or it's lost, we're happy to replace it at no additional cost. Please note that orders where incorrect information was provided by the customer don't qualify for a return.
What if the item is lost in the mail or arrives damaged?
- We are happy to replace any item that has been lost in the mail or arrives damaged, simply send us photos of the damaged art and we will get a replacement printed and shipped to you!
